Rated for 50 Ohm systems up to 11 GHz, the connector uses a PTFE dielectric and gold-plated centre contact for stable RF performance across the band. The crimp termination for both centre contact and shield is sized for RG-58A cable groups — the ferrule compresses over the braid and the centre contact crimps onto the signal conductor. The threaded coupling nut provides vibration-resistant mating for field-installed cable assemblies.
