DB25 Female Receptacle — Standard Footprint, 30.0µin Gold
The TE Connectivity 1-5745967-0 is a 25-position D-sub receptacle from the AMPLIMITE HD-20 series, wired as a standard DB25 female. It carries 6A per contact at 125V — enough for signal and moderate power lines in a harness, but not a bus-level power rail.
Shell Size and Mating — Standard DB25 Cutout
The shell layout is 3 (DB, B). The flange has 4-40 threaded inserts for the jack-screws. The steel shell is tin-plated.
Termination and Mounting — Through-Hole Solder
Termination is solder — through-hole pins that go into the PCB and get wave-soldered or hand-soldered. No crimp, no press-fit. For a field-service swap, you'll need a desoldering tool or a board with the same hole pattern — this isn't a re-pin-on-site connector.
The polyester dielectric and steel shell hold up through that range without cracking or losing contact force. The 125V rating is conservative for signal-level work; you can run it at line voltage in a control panel as long as the current per pin stays under 6A.
