The TE Connectivity 1-87499-8 is a 10-position, single-row receptacle housing from the AMPMODU Mod IV series. If you're filling a BOM line for a complete mated connector, you'll need to add the matching crimp terminals to your order. The housing is free-hanging (in-line), so it's used where the connector floats on the wire bundle rather than locking to a panel or board. The black thermoplastic body handles -65°C to 105°C, which covers most industrial cabinet and automotive interior environments without a second thought.

This receptacle housing mates with the matching AMPMODU Mod IV header — look for the 0.100" pitch, single-row, male pin headers in the same series. The crimp terminals you'll need are the standard AMPMODU contacts; TE's application tooling for those terminals is well-documented and widely available in harness shops.
