The 10.16 mm pitch is the first clue — that spacing is wide enough for large-gauge crimp terminals and the creepage needed at elevated voltage, not the 2.54 mm or 5.08 mm you see on signal headers.
You must order the Dynamic D-5200 female crimp socket terminals separately. The header carries the male pins; this housing carries the female sockets. The two rows at 10.16 mm row spacing give the 4 positions a 2x2 layout, which keeps the connector compact for a power-grade part.
If your harness needs to pass through a bulkhead or panel, the 1-2069332-1 is the same 4-position, 10.16 mm pitch D-5200 receptacle but with a mounting flange for panel-mount installation. Same row spacing, same crimp termination, same natural colour. The 1-917807-2 stays in the harness; the 1-2069332-1 bolts to the enclosure wall. Choose the free-hanging version when the connector lives on a flying lead, and the panel-mount when it needs a fixed chassis entry point.
