18-Position, 3-Row Receptacle for Harness Builds
Fit and Field Reality
The 5.00 mm pitch and 5.50 mm row spacing mean this housing accepts a 3-row header with the same grid — the wire bundle packs tighter than a single-row layout of the same circuit count. The latch lock is the primary retention; it clicks into the mating header and holds against vibration better than a friction-only fit. On site, if you're re-pinning a harness, the crimp termination lets you swap individual contacts with a standard tool — no need to replace the whole assembly. The blue colour is a visual cue in a multi-connector harness; it won't matter for fit, but it helps the line tech pick the right half without reading the part number.
