Contacts Are Ordered Separately — Critical BOM Note
The housing accepts standard female socket contacts for 0.100" pitch headers; the crimp termination gives you a reliable gas-tight joint on the wire. If you're filling a BOM, make sure the terminal line item is there — the housing alone won't make a connection.
Mating Header and Temperature Range
The polarizing key in the housing aligns with a corresponding slot in the header shroud, so the connector can only be mated one way.
