The 103171-5 is a socket contact in the AMPMODU Mod IV 1/2 series, terminated by crimp and plated with 30.0µin (0.76µm) gold over the mating surface. It accepts 22-26 AWG wire and ships in bulk packaging.
Plating grade & wire range
By contrast, the 1-1326032-0 socket contact uses tin plating and accepts 16 AWG for power duty — the plating grade and wire gauge distinguish signal from power contacts within the AMPMODU family.
