The housing ships empty. The "Contacts Not Included" note means you select the crimp terminal separately to match the wire gauge. TE's CST-100 II terminal family uses the same 0.100" (2.54 mm) contact spacing; the standard female socket terminal for this series accepts 22-28 AWG stranded wire.
