6-Position Power Key Plug Housing
The 5.00 mm pitch provides adequate creepage for low-to-moderate voltage circuits while keeping the connector compact for panel or chassis routing. The housing is moulded in natural glass-filled PA66 (Nylon 6/6), giving it the mechanical stiffness and thermal range for industrial cabinet or appliance interior use.
Contacts Sold Separately
The housing accepts the Power Key series crimp contacts, terminated to the wire before insertion. The terminal retention relies on the latch inside the cavity — the terminal locks in place when fully seated, and a secondary pull-test confirms retention before the housing is mated.
Free-Hanging Installation
This is a free-hanging (in-line) plug housing — no panel-mount ears or board-lock pegs. It is intended to be the cable-end half of a harness, mated to the corresponding Power Key receptacle (header or housing). The single-row layout and 5.00 mm pitch keep the wire exit in one plane, which simplifies bundling in a harness jacket or conduit.
