The 1377174-4 is the 10-12 AWG member of TE's PIDG spade terminal line, terminated by crimp and accepting M4.5 studs. The tin-plated copper contact and serrated crimp bite into the conductor, with the yellow nylon insulation covering 0.150" to 0.252" diameter wire.
