Sealed 4-Way Receptacle for Micro Quadlok Systems
The 3.10 mm pitch is standard for the Micro Quadlok family, and the crimp termination (contacts not included) allows field-assembled harnesses with the appropriate MQS terminal.
What the Sealed Rating Means for Harness Placement
The sealed feature on this housing means the cavity walls and mating interface are designed to accept an individual wire seal (typically an MQS single-wire seal, not included) and a perimeter seal on the header side. This allows the assembly to be rated for IP67 or similar when properly terminated and mated, which is why this housing is common in engine compartments, under-hood junction boxes, and exposed chassis harnesses where unsealed connectors would wick moisture into the terminal. The -40°C to 120°C operating range covers both cold-start and under-hood heat soak without derating the housing material.
Terminals are not included; the housing accepts standard MQS 0.63 mm female sockets (such as TE 1-928918-1 or equivalent) crimped to 0.50-1.00 mm² wire.
Active lifecycle status per TE records — no end-of-life notification on file. ROHS3 compliant.
