TE's standard terminal for this housing accepts 20-24 AWG wire and is tin-plated for general-purpose use; a gold-plated version is available for higher mating-cycle applications. If you're building a harness, budget for the terminals and a hand crimp tool with the correct die — the contact retention in the housing depends on the terminal's lance seating correctly.
