5.08mm pitch, 5-position plug with 270° wire exit
The 1546105-5: This is a 5-position Buchanan plug, female sockets, on a 0.200" (5.08mm) pitch — the standard spacing for a 300 V terminal block system. The 270° wire entry routes the cable out the side of the plug, which keeps the wiring clear of the screw terminals above and saves space in a shallow enclosure. Rated 15 A per circuit at 300 V, with a 12-30 AWG wire range that covers most control and power wiring in panel builds. The rising cage clamp termination grabs the conductor without damaging strands — strip 6-7.5 mm, insert, torque the M3 screw to 0.79 Nm (7.0 Lb-In), and the clamp pulls the wire up against the current bar.

The 15 A rating is per position at the UL temperature rise limit — derate if the ambient inside the enclosure exceeds the -40°C to 110°C operating range.
