21-Circuit Barrier Block with 0.375" Pitch, 25A Rating
The 0.375" (9.53mm) pitch gives the barrier spacing needed to handle the 300V rating without tracking across the surface in humid conditions — a common failure point on tighter-pitch blocks. Rated 25A per circuit, it carries motor branch circuits and power distribution feeds, not just signal-level loads.
Accepts 12-22 AWG, which covers the range from a 25A feed (12 AWG) down to a control-circuit signal (22 AWG).
Barrier Design and Mounting
The 3-wall (tri) barrier design means each terminal is isolated on three sides — the centre wall between circuits plus the two outer walls. This prevents a stray wire strand or tool from bridging adjacent terminals. Single-row layout, 21 wire entries matching the 21 circuits. Through-hole mounting with PC pins; the pins are on the 0.375" pitch, so the PCB footprint follows that spacing. Operating temperature range is 105°C, which covers most industrial cabinet ambient conditions.
