4-Circuit Barrier Block at 0.250" Pitch
The TE Connectivity Buchanan 1546657-4 is a 4-circuit barrier strip terminal block on a 0.250" (6.35mm) pitch. It's a through-hole board-mount block with PC pin solder tails on the bottom and screw-clamp terminals with captive plates on top. The dual-wall barrier design isolates each circuit from the next, which keeps field wiring from shorting across terminals when you're landing a screwdriver. Rated 10A at 300V, it handles the typical control-voltage and low-power distribution you see in industrial panels, HVAC controllers, and appliance PCBs.
Wire gauge acceptance runs 16-30 AWG, which covers solid and stranded building wire and most equipment-level signal wiring. Terminal screw material is steel with a nickel finish, which resists corrosion in a panel environment without galling against the wire.
