5.00 mm pitch, 4-position vertical unshrouded header
The 1546931-4 is a 4-position, single-level unshrouded pin header from the TE Buchanan series, on a 0.197" (5.00mm) pitch. It mates with standard 5 mm pitch pluggable terminal blocks — the unshrouded design gives you clearance for wire exits on the mating plug. Rated 12 A at 300 V per UL, this header handles typical industrial control signals and low-power distribution.
Mounting and side-stacking feature
Vertical through-hole mounting with 0.138" (3.50mm) solder tail length. The side-stacking feature allows multiple headers to be placed edge-to-edge on 5 mm pitch centres, building wider pin arrays from standard 4-position blocks.
