Ring terminal for #1/4 stud, 16-18 AWG
The 1577634-1 is the #1/4-stud ring terminal in TE's PIDG, Strato-Therm series, accepting 16-18 AWG wire with a crimp termination and PEEK insulation. The nickel-plated copper contact and serrated termination bite into the conductor for a gas-tight joint; the orange PEEK sleeve holds up to high-temp environments.
Wire range and insulation fit
The terminal accepts wire insulation diameters from 0.055" to 0.105" (1.40 mm to 2.67 mm) and the overall length is 1.117" (28.37 mm) — the 0.032" (0.81 mm) thick copper gives the crimp barrel enough bite for 16-18 AWG stranded wire.
