Overview
The 1601009-4 is a Siameze-series magnetic wire terminal from TE Connectivity, accepting 18-34 AWG magnet wire and terminating via a PCB post. Supplied in Tape & Reel and Cut Tape for automated placement; the PCB post allows solder termination to a board without a separate crimp operation.
Series & positions
Within the Siameze series the 1601009-4 uses a PCB post termination; the 1601137-2 uses IDC. The 1601009-4 accepts 18-34 AWG wire; the 1601137-2 accepts 15-23 AWG. Select the 1601137-2 when the assembly requires IDC termination and a heavier wire range.
