Tab width and wire gauge match
The 160314-2 is a 0.250" (6.35mm) tab-width female quick-disconnect terminal from the TE Faston series, crimped onto 10-11.5 AWG wire. The non-mating end is insulated — the yellow sleeve covers the crimp barrel and wire entry, leaving the tab exposed for the mating male blade.
Same series, opposite gender
The male counterpart in the same tab width and wire gauge is the 141085-2. Both share the 0.250" (6.35mm) tab width, tin-plated brass, non-mating end insulation, and 10-11.5 AWG wire range. The 160314-2 is the female receptacle; the 141085-2 is the male tab — they mate directly without adapters.
