Tab dimensions and wire range
The 160645-2 is the male tab member of the TE Fastin-Faston quick-disconnect terminal line, accepting 18-22 AWG wire with a crimp termination and a free-hanging (in-line) mount. Tab width is 0.250" (6.35mm) with a 0.032" (0.81mm) thickness; the mating tab fits standard 0.250" quick-disconnect receptacles. Contact finish is tin over brass.

Within the Fastin-Faston series, the 160645-2 male tab mates with the 927899-2 receptacle (0.250" width, 18-22 AWG, tin finish) — both share the same tab width and wire gauge range, so the pair crimps onto the same wire sizes without a change in tooling.
