50-Position Shielded D-Sub Housing for Field-Terminated Harnesses
The TE 1658652-1 is a 50-position D-sub plug housing from the AMPLIMITE HDP-20 series, designed for field-terminated harnesses where the contacts are crimped separately and inserted into the shell. The shell carries grounding indents and is shielded, making it suited for EMI-sensitive signal paths in industrial control cabinets, test equipment, or data-communications panels where a standard unshielded D-sub would let noise couple into the cable bundle.
