Crimp socket for Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK housings
The TE 170361-4 is a stamped phosphor bronze socket contact in the Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK series, terminated by crimp and accepting 22-26 AWG wire. Tin-plated mating surface suits moderate-cycle-duty power and signal interconnects inside equipment enclosures — the standard finish for this series, not a high-cycle or sealed-environment contact. Crimps into the matching housing (see series compatibility below) and feeds as Tape & Reel for automated wire processing.
Rated for 22-26 AWG stranded wire, the stamped beam geometry is designed for the Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK crimp profile — use the TE-recommended tooling for that series to get the correct crimp height and pull-off force. Tin-on-phosphor-bronze contact interface holds up to standard temperature rise in the housing; no special derating needed for the wire range.
Mates with the matching Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK pin terminal (TE 170359-4 is the common stamped pin sibling) inside the series' pin and socket housings. The 170361-4 socket loads into the receptacle housing half; the pin terminal loads into the plug half. Confirm housing position count and keying — the terminal itself is the same across all circuit sizes in the series.
