IDC Termination for 22 AWG
This receptacle terminates 22 AWG wire via IDC — the wire sits in the slot and the connector body presses the insulation-displacement beam through the jacket. No stripping, no crimp tool changeover. Accepts either discrete wires or ribbon cable, making it a flexible choice for harness builders who switch between cable types on the same line. The free-hanging (in-line) mounting suits point-to-point wiring inside an enclosure. Mate it with the corresponding MTEI header (same pitch, same series) to complete the wire-to-board or wire-to-wire connection.
