6-Position Power Terminal Block with Push-In Spring Clamp
The TE Connectivity Buchanan 1776260-6 is a 6-position, single-level PCB terminal block designed for power-level wire termination. It uses a screwless push-in spring clamp — strip the wire, push it in, and the leg spring holds it without a screwdriver.
Ratings and Wire Range
The wire range covers 14-22 AWG, which handles most control-circuit power wiring: 14 AWG for 15 A branch circuits, 18 AWG for typical relay and sensor leads, and 22 AWG for signal-level connections. The clamp material is stainless steel, and the contact is brass with nickel-tin plating — adequate for the rated current and typical industrial environments.
Through-hole mounting with vertical wire entry — the wires enter from the top, perpendicular to the PCB. This orientation suits enclosures where the board sits flat and wires drop in from above, common in DIN-rail-mount terminal blocks adapted for PCB use.
