Two-Circuit Barrier Strip for Panel Wiring
The 0.375" (9.53mm) pitch spaces the two terminals wide enough for 12 AWG wire without crowding — a common spacing for industrial control cabinets and HVAC equipment. Each circuit carries 20A at 300V, which covers most motor starter and relay panel loads.
Termination: Screws on Top, Quick-Connect Below
The bottom termination is a 0.187" insulated quick-connect tab, letting you pre-terminate a harness with female spade connectors and then screw the field wires in later. The 3-wall (tri) barrier isolates each terminal from the next, so a stripped wire end can't short across circuits. Wire range is 12-22 AWG on both ends.
Mounting and Flange
This strip mounts to a chassis or panel through the integral flange — two screw holes on the ends secure it against the pull of the wires. The single-row layout keeps the footprint narrow; the flange takes the strain off the screw terminals during wiring. Operating temperature is rated to 105°C, which is typical for the inside of an electrical enclosure.
