Backshell for CPC Size 13 — 3/4-20 UNEF Thread, 0.453" Cable Opening
The TE Connectivity 182663-1 is a backshell with integrated cable clamp for the CPC (Circular Plastic Connector) series, shell size 13. It provides strain relief and cable management at the rear of the connector, with a straight 180° cable exit. The 3/4-20 UNEF thread mates directly to the corresponding CPC plug or receptacle shell, and the 0.453" (11.51 mm) cable opening accommodates a bundled cable up to that diameter. This is a 5-piece kit: three cable clamp segments and two clamp screws. The clamp screws are included and match the threaded inserts in the backshell body — no separate hardware order needed. The clamp segments wrap around the cable and are drawn tight by the screws, providing positive mechanical retention against pull-out and vibration.

The 3/4-20 UNEF thread is specific to CPC shell size 13. The 0.453" (11.51 mm) cable opening sets the maximum cable bundle diameter.
