Field-Serviceable 90° Plug for Control Wiring
The 1986370-8: This is an 8-position plug with female sockets from TE's terminal block line, pitched at 0.138" (3.50mm). Termination is a screw rising cage clamp: you strip the wire, insert it, and tighten the M2 screw. The clamp rises to grip the conductor — no crimp tool, no ferrule required. On site, that means you can re-terminate a damaged wire with just a screwdriver. Rated 11 A at 300 V, with a wire range of 14-30 AWG (0.05-2 mm²).
Side Stacking and Keying
The plug includes a side stacking feature, meaning multiple plugs can be ganged together side-by-side on the same header to increase circuit count without extra hardware. The green housing and single-level layout make it easy to identify in a multi-level panel.
