It accepts 26-28 AWG discrete wires and terminates them via insulation displacement, which cuts assembly time compared to a crimp-and-insert process. The right-angle through-hole mounting orients the wires parallel to the board, a common choice for low-profile enclosures or board-edge connections.
Both the cable pitch and board-side pitch are 0.079" (2.00 mm), so the wire spacing matches the PCB footprint row spacing exactly. All 6 positions are loaded, meaning no optional empty slots — the footprint is a straight 1x6 pattern at 2.00 mm pitch.
Color and visual identification
The housing is yellow, a color that can be used for wire-harness identification or to distinguish this connector from other CT Amp-In variants on the same board.
