The TE Connectivity DuoPlug 2-284931-3 is a 3-position receptacle housing female blade socket contacts on a 0.098" (2.50mm) pitch. The tin-plated contacts suit moderate mating-cycle duty in non-corrosive indoor equipment — think appliance control boards, HVAC panels, or industrial sensor harnesses where the connector sees infrequent disconnect.
Crimp termination with the correct TE application tooling for the DuoPlug contact family. The 22-24 AWG range covers most signal-level wiring in control and power distribution harnesses; the female blade socket contact geometry provides a gas-tight crimp zone when the wire strip length and crimp height match the tool spec.
