The 2-31811-5 is the 4 AWG, 1/4 stud member of TE's Solistrand ring terminal line, a non-insulated circular terminal for free-hanging crimp termination. Tin-plated copper body with brazed seam and serrated termination — rated for 4 AWG wire, 0.070" (1.78 mm) thick, overall length 1.199" (30.45 mm).
Both terminals accept 4 AWG wire and a 1/4 stud, but the 2-33469-4 has a wider outer edge (0.656" vs 0.500") — the panel clearance and terminal pad width must accommodate the larger body of the 2-33469-4.
