10-12 AWG ring terminal, #8 stud, 0.040" thick
The 2-320568-1 is a PIDG-series circular ring terminal from TE Connectivity AMP Connectors accepting 10-12 AWG wire onto a #8 stud. The tin-plated copper contact is 0.040" (1.02mm) thick with a serrated crimp barrel that grips the conductor and the 0.150"~0.230" (3.81mm~5.84mm) insulation diameter. Yellow nylon insulation covers the crimp barrel, and the overall length is 1.083" (27.51mm) with an outer edge width of 0.375" (9.53mm).
Crimp termination, free-hanging install
Termination is by crimp only, with the serrated inner barrel providing conductor grip and the insulation barrel clamping the wire jacket. Mounting is free hanging (in-line) — no PCB or panel hole required beyond the stud.
