Solistrand ring-to-spade fit
The 2-320857-1 is the #10-stud, 14-16 AWG member of TE Connectivity's Solistrand spade terminal line — a non-insulated flanged terminal with a brazed seam and serrated crimp barrel. Tin-plated copper body measures 0.545" (13.84 mm) overall; the tongue opening is 0.197" (5.00 mm) and the ring centre-to-termination length is 0.203" (5.16 mm).
Crimp and wire range
Crimp termination accepts 14-16 AWG wire; the serrated inner barrel bites through oxides on the conductor strands for a gas-tight connection. The brazed seam along the barrel resists splitting under crimp force.
