Crimp termination for 16-22 AWG, #8 stud
The 2-321895-2 is a TE Diamond Grip, Strato-Therm ring terminal accepting 16-22 AWG wire with a #8 stud size. The non-insulated barrel crimps onto the conductor; the brazed seam and serrated termination provide a gas-tight connection under high-temperature exposure. Contact material is Chromel, rated for thermocouple-grade service. The terminal is gray and ships in bulk packaging.

The 2-321895-2 (Chromel, gray) shares the same #8 stud, 0.312" (7.92mm) outer width, 0.621" (15.77mm) overall length, and 0.030" (0.76mm) thickness with the 2-321895-4 (Alumel, green). The two differ only in contact alloy and color — the mechanical fit and wire range (16-22 AWG) are identical. For a larger wire gauge, the 1-322337-0 accepts 14-16 AWG at the same #8 stud size with a slightly wider body (0.343", 8.71mm) and longer barrel (0.811", 20.60mm). The 2-322873-5 uses a #6 stud but retains the 16-22 AWG wire range and 0.312" outer width.
