The 2-323144-1 is a Solistrand-series flanged spade terminal from TE Connectivity AMP Connectors, accepting 10-12 AWG wire onto a #10 stud. The tin-plated copper body carries a brazed seam and serrated termination for crimp retention on the conductor.
Non-insulated, free-hanging crimp
Non-insulated design suits applications where the terminal is not exposed to conductor-to-conductor shorting after crimp. Free-hanging (in-line) mounting mates directly to the stud without a housing.
