The 2-324170-1 is the 14-16 AWG member of TE's Plasti-Grip spade terminal line, crimp-terminated onto #8 studs. Tin-plated copper contact with serrated termination grips the conductor; the PVC insulation sleeve accepts wire insulation diameters from 0.118" to 0.193" (3.00mm to 4.90mm).
Blue — the PVC insulation colour codes the wire range as 14-16 AWG.
