The 2-32948-1 is a Plasti-Grip ring terminal from TE Connectivity AMP Connectors, accepting 16-22 AWG wire and terminating to a #8 stud. The tin-plated copper contact is crimped onto the wire, and the PVC insulation sleeve covers the barrel and part of the wire jacket.
