The 2-34149-3 is the #10 stud, 16-22 AWG circular ring terminal in TE's Plasti-Grip series, crimp-terminated and free-hanging. Tin-plated copper contact with 0.031" (0.79mm) thickness; the PVC insulation sleeve covers the crimp barrel and a portion of the wire insulation up to 0.200" (5.08mm) diameter.

Serrated barrel, colour-coded sleeve

The serrated inner barrel grips the conductor strands during crimp; the red PVC sleeve signals 16-22 AWG wire range per the Plasti-Grip colour code.
