PIDG ring terminal for 14-16 AWG, #1/4 stud
The 2-34806-2 is a PIDG-series ring terminal from TE Connectivity AMP Connectors, accepting 14-16 AWG wire onto a #1/4 stud. The barrel is crimp-terminated and insulated with blue nylon over a tin-plated copper contact.
Barrel and insulation details
The insulation barrel accepts wire insulation diameters from 0.150" to 0.250" (3.81 mm to 6.35 mm). The terminal body is 0.048" (1.22 mm) thick with serrated inner surfaces for grip on the conductor strands. Overall length is 1.296" (32.92 mm); the outer width across the ring is 0.531" (13.49 mm). The heavy-duty construction and serrated termination are standard for this series.
