Power contact for the Multimate I system
The TE Connectivity 202422-1 is a pin contact in the Multimate I series, sized for 12-14 AWG wire. The crimp termination keeps assembly consistent across the harness, and the wire range means this contact handles the heavier-gauge power feeds typical of industrial and commercial equipment.
This contact accepts 12-14 AWG stranded wire through a crimp barrel. That gauge range covers the common power-distribution sizes in panel wiring and harness builds — thick enough for several amps of continuous current without excessive voltage drop, but still flexible enough for routing inside an enclosure.
