Backshell and Cable Clamp for CPC Shell Size 11
The TE Connectivity 206358-6 is a backshell with integrated cable clamp designed for the CPC (Circular Plastic Connector) series, shell size 11. It provides strain relief and cable retention for the cable bundle exiting the connector at 180°, with a cable opening of 0.453" (11.51 mm).
Thread and Hardware Fit
The backshell threads onto the CPC connector using a 5/8-24 UNEF thread, which is the standard thread for shell size 11 CPC connectors. The kit includes five pieces: three cable clamp halves and two screws, so the clamp screws are included — no separate hardware order needed.
Cable Diameter and Outside Dimensions
The cable opening of 0.453" (11.51 mm) sets the maximum cable bundle diameter the clamp can secure. The outside diameter of the backshell body is 0.850" (21.59 mm), which defines the clearance needed in the enclosure or panel cutout.
