The 2120743-2 is the 30-33 AWG member of TE's Mag-Mate Slim Line IDC terminal family, designed for press-fit termination into a PCB or coil former without stripping the enamel coating.

The 2120743-2 handles 30-33 AWG, one step finer than the 2120744-2 (26.5-29.5 AWG) and two steps finer than the 2120745-2 (22.5-26 AWG). All three share the press-fit termination and active lifecycle — pick the terminal that matches the wire diameter on the coil. For the finest wire, the 1742941-1 covers 33-34 AWG but uses a PCB post termination rather than press-fit, so the board footprint differs.
