The TE Connectivity 2301996-7 is a 2-port RJ45 jack designed for 10/100/1000 Base-T and AutoMDIX Ethernet applications. Each port carries 8 cores, the standard 4-pair pinout for Gigabit Ethernet. Board locks on the through-hole solder posts anchor the connector against the insertion and withdrawal forces of repeated cable mating.

Gigabit Ethernet Signal Integrity and Shielding

Rated for 1000BASE-T, this jack is built to maintain the signal integrity required for 4-pair bidirectional data transmission at 1 Gbps.

LED Indicators and Operating Range
