Panel-mount plug for tool-less wiring
The 2319461-4 is a 4-position plug, blade sockets connector from the WireMate, Buchanan series, designed for panel-mount snap-in installation with a 0.197" (5.00mm) pitch. The lever actuated screwless termination accepts 18-24 AWG wire and strips to 10mm, allowing fast field wiring without a screwdriver.
Screwless clamp and lever actuation
The lever actuated mechanism opens the clamp for wire insertion and closes to secure the conductor — no screwdriver required. This reduces assembly time and eliminates the risk of over-torquing or loosening under vibration common with screw terminals. The housing is glass-filled PBT (UL94 V-0) and the contacts have a tin mating finish. The natural color housing and single-level, 4-position layout simplify identification in multi-circuit panels.
