The TE Connectivity Buchanan 2383941-5 is a 5-position, single-level Termi-Blok terminal block on a 0.150" (3.81mm) pitch. It terminates 18-28 AWG wire via a screw-driven rising cage clamp — the clamp pulls the wire against a current bar, no wire ferrule needed. Rated 7 A at 300 V, it sits in the class of signal-level power blocks used inside industrial control cabinets, PLC I/O racks, and HVAC panels where you need a serviceable screw termination on a PCB. The housing is black polyamide (nylon), surface-mount to the board — reflow-soldered pads, no through-holes.
The 0.150" (3.81mm) pitch sets the terminal spacing on the PCB — that footprint must match the mating header or the board layout. 7 A per circuit is enough for control power (24 VDC sensors, 120 VAC relays) but not for motor feeds — the current rating is per position, not total. 300 V gives headroom for standard line voltages. The M2 screw torque spec of 0.5-0.6 Nm (4.4-5.3 Lb-In) is tight enough to hold the wire under vibration but not so tight it strips the copper-alloy screw. Over-torque past 0.6 Nm risks thread damage; under-torque below 0.5 Nm lets the wire pull out under load.

Wire termination is screw-driven rising cage clamp: strip the wire, insert it into the clamp opening, tighten the M2 screw to 0.5-0.6 Nm. The rising cage pushes the wire against the current bar — no crimp, no solder, no ferrule. Accepts 18-28 AWG solid or stranded. The clamp and screw are copper alloy with nickel plating; the contact surface is copper alloy with nickel-tin plating. Mating orientation is horizontal with the board — the wire entry is parallel to the PCB, so the block sits flush on the board and wires run along the surface.
