4-Position IDC Plug for 0.100" Ribbon Cable
The TE Connectivity 281786-4 is a 4-position IDC plug from the HE13/HE14 series, designed for mass-termination to 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch ribbon cable. It accepts 26-28 AWG discrete wire and terminates via insulation displacement, eliminating the need for individual crimp operations. The blue housing carries a detent lock for positive retention in the mating header, and the tin-plated female socket contacts are rated for standard signal-level duty in internal wiring harnesses.
