The 284513-3 is a 3-position, single-level shrouded header from TE's Buchanan series, on a 0.150" (3.81mm) pitch. It mates with the corresponding 3.81mm screw-clamp plug to form a wire-to-board terminal block connection.
At 3 positions on 3.81mm pitch, the header occupies a 7.62mm wide footprint on the PCB — the same as the mating half's plug. The 0.134" (3.40mm) solder tail length suits standard 1.6mm-thick boards.
