The TE Connectivity 3-1437667-5 is an 11-circuit barrier strip from the Buchanan 4DB series, a through-hole terminal block family built for panel and board-mount power distribution. The 0.325" (8.26mm) pitch gives each circuit enough physical spacing to handle 20A without thermal crowding — that pitch is the first thing to check against your existing board layout. The dual-wall barrier design isolates adjacent terminals, reducing the chance of a stray wire shorting across circuits during termination or service.
Top termination uses screws with captive plate — the plate stays captured under the screw head when loosened, so it doesn't fall out during field wiring. Accepts 12-22 AWG wire, which covers the range from a 20A power feed down to a control signal.
Ratings and Environment
Rated 20A per circuit at 150V — the 20A is the per-position limit through the terminal and the PC pin, not a bus-bar rating. Operating temperature range goes to 105°C, giving margin in a warm cabinet. The black housing colour is the standard production option.
