Flag terminal, fully insulated
The 3-520132-2 is the blue, fully insulated female flag receptacle in TE's Ultra-Fast quick-disconnect line, accepting 14-16 AWG wire on a 0.250" (6.35mm) tab. The tin-plated brass contact is crimp-terminated and mounts free-hanging, right-angle — the flag orientation routes the wire parallel to the tab plane for tight spaces.
Tab thickness and insulation fit
Tab thickness is 0.032" (0.81mm) and the insulation barrel accepts a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.185" (4.70mm) — confirm the mating tab thickness and wire jacket OD before crimping.
