2-Position IDC Receptacle for Discrete or Ribbon Cable
The 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch matches standard 0.100" ribbon cable layouts — the spacing is wide enough to route a pair without crosstalk worry, but tight enough that the IDC slot aligns the conductors without a separate strain relief.
Closed End, Right-Angle Exit, Free-Hanging Mount
The closed-end design means the IDC slot stops at the last position — no daisy-chain pass-through, just a clean termination for the 2-circuit pair. The right-angle cable exit lets the wire run parallel to the board edge or along a panel face, saving height in a shallow enclosure. Free-hanging mount with the locking ramp: you push the mating header in until the ramp clicks, and it stays put without a secondary screw or nut. The red colour is a visual key on the harness — if you are building a multi-wire bundle, the red housing stands out against black or natural headers.
