Terminal and wire fit
The 34168 is a Plasti-Grip ring terminal from TE Connectivity AMP Connectors, accepting 10-12 AWG wire and terminating to a #6 stud with a crimp connection. The tin-plated copper contact carries the current; the PVC insulation sleeve covers the barrel and part of the wire, with an insulation diameter range of 0.150" to 0.250" (3.81mm to 6.35mm).
Crimp and insulation details
Serrated inner barrel grips the conductor during crimp — the serrations bite into the wire strands for mechanical hold before the insulation sleeve is compressed. Overall length is 1.098" (27.89mm) with an outer-edge width of 0.375" (9.53mm); the ring thickness is 0.040" (1.02mm) — enough material to seat under a barrier-strip screw without distorting.
